Pitti Immagine, il mensile de La Repubblica XL e l‘art agency & gallery MondoPOP di Roma presentano URBAN PANORAMA RECORDS, un‘esposizione che unisce arte e musica recuperando il 33 giri, il Long Playing in vinile, come supporto per le opere d‘arte realizzate da grandi nomi dell‘Urban Art internazionale.

Da più di un decennio abbiamo smesso di posarli sul piatto e ascoltarli, eppure godono ancora di ottima salute. Sono un‘icona vintage per eccellenza e il simbolo della club culture. I dischi in vinile sono ora i protagonisti di Vinyl Factory, la mostra collettiva legata al bando internazionale aperto a tutti gli urban artist del mondo che la MondoPOP International Gallery di Roma ha lanciato sul web e che XL ha promosso tra le proprie pagine e sul proprio sito www.xelle.it, co- curata da Omino 71 e da un‘idea di .bR1 art.

Tra gli oltre 500 vinili pervenuti, dipinti da artisti famosi, famosissimi, meno noti o sconosciuti, URBAN PANORAMA RECORDS presenta la selezione operata dall‘artista e curatore David Vecchiato, art director di MondoPOP e consulente di XL.

Accanto ai vinili realizzati da importanti artisti internazionali e italiani tra cui Jeremyville, Jon Burgerman, Jim Avignon, Christian Lindemann, Ciou, Andras Bartos, Diavù, AlePOP, Ozmo, Dem, Sten & Lex, Scarful, Cesko, Zelda Bomba, JB Rock, Fidia e tantissimi altri, vedete esposte le opere della nuova scena della Urban Art internazionale. Gli uni e gli altri uniti da un unico filo conduttore: esaltare la propria creatività e annullare gli apparenti limiti di un disco di nero vinile di appena 12 pollici.

Pitti Immagine, XL the monthly magazine of La Repubblica and MondoPop, the Art Agency&Gallery in Rome, present URBAN PANORAMA RECORDS, a show which joins art and music by retrieving the 33 rmp records, the vinil Long Playing, as support to those artworks made by big artists of the international Urban Art.

For more than ten years, we stopped listening their music while they are still in good health. They are a vintage icon “par excellence” and a symbol of the club culture. The vinyl long playing are now the stars of Vinyl Factory, the collective art show related to the international announcement which MondoPOP International Gallery has proclaimed on the web in January and opened to worldwide urban artists, co- curated by Omino 71 and from an idea di .bR1 art.

Among more than 500 long playing vinyls painted by famous artists or not so much famous or even unknown, URBAN PANORAMA RECORDS presents the selection made by the artist and curator David Vecchiato, MondoPOP art director and XL‘s consultant.
